Meet Pastor Laura Lee
With 35 years in ministry, Pastor Laura brings biblical wisdom shaped by real life, tested faith, and a genuine love for women of every generation.
It happens around tables. On long phone calls. Over coffee. In conversations between generations. In those sacred moments when one woman looks at another and says, “I've been there. Let me tell you what God taught me.”
That is one of my favorite places to be.
I’m a mom of three sons and a very proud Gigi to six grandbabies. I love the beach, traveling, good food, long conversations, laughing loudly, gathering people around a table, and finding reasons to celebrate. I love people, and I believe life—and ministry—is simply better when we do it together.
I also know what it is to walk through seasons I never would have chosen.
Life has taught me that faith and heartbreak can occupy the same space. You can deeply love Jesus and still find yourself rebuilding. You can know God called you and still wonder what comes next. You can experience an ending you never expected and discover that God is still writing.
That’s why hope isn't just something I preach. I’ve had to live it.
I believe hardship does not have the authority to end the story God is still writing. What happened may have changed your life, but it did not change the faithfulness of God. There is still purpose in you. There is still something ahead of you.
Somewhere along the way, I LEARNED that some of the most IMPORTANT ministry doesn't happen behind a microphone.
I’ve led worship, held babies in the nursery, ministered to kids and teenagers, served women, pastored, planted a church, coached leaders, preached around the world, and sat across the table from women who simply needed a safe place to tell the truth about where they were.
For 35 years, ministry has been woven into almost every part of my life.
and before you know anything else about me, you should probably know that I really love Jesus, I really love people, and I believe with my whole heart that your story is never wasted in the hands of God.
I’m a fourth-generation Assemblies of God, Spirit-filled girl who grew up loving the presence of God and the local church. I said yes to the call of God on my life at 16 years old, and I’ve been saying yes ever since—although I’ll be the first to tell you that the journey has looked very different than I imagined it would at sixteen!

As Partner Development Director, Pastor Laura helps individuals, churches, and businesses connect meaningfully with the mission of reaching the next person with the gospel of Jesus Christ. She also helps lead Partner Vision Trips—inviting ministry partners to witness the work firsthand and experience what God is doing across generations and nations.
Because when one life is reached, the impact rarely ends there.
