Speaking fees are determined by the type of event, location, number of sessions, and expectations. Specific fee or honorarium information will be provided during the booking process.
Do you have a speaking fee?
There is no minimum attendance requirement. Pastor Laura welcomes speaking invitations for events of all sizes, including Sunday services, corporate gatherings, intimate leadership gatherings, partner events, and local opportunities. Each invitation is considered individually.
Is there a minimum event size?
Pastor Laura [does/may] travel with one companion, depending on the event’s location, length, and schedule.
We need to confirm whether the host also covers the companion’s expenses.
Do you travel with a companion?
Yes. The host organization is responsible for approved round-trip airfare or mileage, ground transportation, lodging, baggage fees, and meals associated with the event.
Is the host responsible for travel expenses?
The host is responsible for providing safe, private hotel accommodations conveniently located near the event venue.
What type of hotel accommodations are required?
Speaking requests should be submitted as early as possible. Availability is determined by Pastor Laura’s ministry and travel calendar.
How far in advance should an invitation be submitted?
The number and length of sessions should be included in the original booking inquiry. Additional sessions may affect the speaking fee and travel schedule.
How many sessions may be requested?
Yes. Pastor Laura can prayerfully prepare a message that supports the theme and spiritual direction of the gathering.
Can Pastor Laura speak around our event theme?
Recording and livestreaming requests must be discussed and approved before the event.
Can the message be recorded or livestreamed?
Submitting an inquiry does not confirm the booking. Pastor Laura’s team will review the event details, availability, travel requirements, and speaking expectations before providing confirmation.
