Mentorship can be encouraging, but meaningful growth can also be stretching and costly. Pastor Laura will support you with compassion, but she will not help you remain comfortable in patterns that are keeping you from moving forward.
You do not need to have all the answers. You do need to be willing to listen, reflect, make changes, and take responsibility for your growth.
How do I know whether CLEAR Coaching is right for me?
No. Pastor Laura’s broader speaking ministry has a strong heart for women and generations, but CLEAR Coaching is available to people who are seeking faith-centered personal, leadership, or ministry mentorship.
Is this only for women?
No. Some participants serve in churches or ministry organizations, while others lead in business, their community, their family, or another area of influence.
The common ground is a desire to understand what God has graced you to carry and to steward it faithfully.
Do I need to work in ministry?
No. CLEAR Coaching is pastoral mentorship and personal development. It does not replace professional mental-health care, medical care, financial advice, or licensed counseling.
If needs arise beyond the scope of mentorship, Pastor Laura may encourage you to seek support from an appropriately qualified professional.
Is this counseling or therapy?
Each conversation is shaped around your current season, questions, challenges, and areas of growth. Sessions may include reflection, strategic guidance, biblical wisdom, goal-setting, prayer, accountability, or the development of practical personal and ministry systems.
What happens during the sessions?
Yes. If your leadership recognizes the value of investing in your personal, ministry, or leadership development, your church or organization may cover part or all of the investment.
The application process can provide the information needed to begin that conversation with your leadership.
Can my church or organization sponsor my mentorship?
Pastor Laura’s team will review your application and contact you about the next step. The purpose of the application is not to judge where you are—it is to make sure the mentorship is aligned with what you need and that Pastor Laura is the right person to walk with you.
